Team Qualification and Selection   Project Teams are compiled from our database of over 2,000 industry contacts in Kay Construction’s geographical regions. Selection of the Team is based on the following criteria:

• Ability to provide the manpower to staff the project in accordance with the construction schedule;
• Previous experience working with the selected contractors on projects of similar size and scope; and
• Examination of financials and references provided by the subcontractor.
