Project Closeout/Service Warranty   When a project is substantially complete, Kay Construction schedules a thorough walk-thru with the client and/or architect to generate a punch list and review all of the building’s systems. As part of the closeout, Operations and Maintenance Manuals (which include all warranties and pertinent submittals) are presented to the client. Kay’s Warranty extends one year from the date of substantial completion and our warranty personnel are fully prepared to respond to issues quickly, thus maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
