Pricing — Conceptual through GMP   A conceptual estimate provides a detailed breakdown of the cost of the project based on limited design information. When documents or plans progress to approximately 80% complete, a GMP (Guaranteed Maximum Price) can be created with firm pricing from subcontractors and vendors. Additional budget estimates can be completed periodically between the conceptual estimate and GMP to ensure that the project will stay within the target budget.
