This project involved total renovation of the interior core and future tenant areas as well as exterior façade and site modifications. All four floors of lobbies and restrooms were renovated to class “A” office finishes including the elevators that were replaced with new modernized cabs and controls. The perimeter façade were previously construction of brick knee-walls and standard storefront window systems, replaced with a new 1” insulated low “E” aqua–green curtain-wall glazing system with heat strengthened outboard lites for thermal stress concerns. The exterior parking areas were fitted with new site lighting to increase lighting for the safety of the building occupants, with uplighting installed at the front and sides of the building to accentuate the new aqua-green façade. .
