This project involved total renovation of the interior core areas (Terrace and main lobbies; restrooms at all levels) as well as exterior façade and site modifications. The interior of all seven levels were totally demolished of offices, labs, and cafeteria for new high-end 1st floor and Terrace lobby areas as well as restrooms and elevator cabs. Site work was completed for the northeast entrance, which was opened up to create a grand entrance to the Terrace lobby and adjacent North building area with its own unique entrance. The south entrance was demolished of a huge berm and walkway which previously hid the newly opened up lower entrance to create a new drive-up valet and entrance area now used for two high end restaurants. Additional work to structurally and aesthetically upgrade the parking garage was also completed to complement the façade renovations.
