A tenant renovation consisting of a lobby, computer room, art gallery, two training rooms and five conference rooms. The lobby has a custom marble reception unit, marble flooring and a 450 gallon salt water fish tank. The computer room acts as a National Data Center and included static dissipative floors, two redundant 15-ton Liebert air conditioning units and a six-hour Liebert UPS battery back-up system. The Art Gallery has a vaulted barrel ceiling with pendent string lights.
