This project involved major site work to expand the property of the existing dealership for over 500 car inventory parking and the construction of a new Ford Showroom and Ford Service Building Expansion. The existing sales / service building was expanded and renovated to serve as a service building only, totaling almost 29,000 SF including a an interior 3 lane customer service drop-off / pick-up area, 28 bay service shop, 4 bay car wash & detail area, new & expanded restrooms, an enlarged & completely renovated customer waiting area, and expanded new offices for service employees. The new Ford Showroom has a barrel skylight that opens the room to natural light, accentuating the car display inside the showroom, complete with finishes that are mandated by the car manufacturer’s brand. The project was a phased project requiring for the Showroom to be completed first, with major renovations to follow to the service building all the while open to the Miller Ford customers.
