This project consisted of providing labor, materials and all services necessary for the construction of a 44,500 SF 2-story office/computer lab building addition. The addition was composed of a 15,300 SF ground floor and a 29,200 SF first floor. The project also included a 13,000 SF raised floor Computer Lab and skylights.

Work included parking lot construction, grading changes, storm water management, sanitary sewers and other related site work.
