300 Fellowship Road is a two-story 51,000 SF "Class A" office building occupied by Marlin Leasing. This building consists of steel structure, brick and glass façade. The project was a build-to-suit for Liberty Property Trust and Marlin Leasing. It consists of high-end bathrooms and reception area featuring Cherry paneling and granite countertops, along with a 1,000 SF computer room consisting of a raised flooring system. Kay Construction completed this project in 24 weeks from commencement to move-in.

302 Fellowship Road is Kay Construction's corporate headquarters and is a 25,000 SF one-story "Class A" office building. Kay's office space has been LEED’s certified.
