Steve Welsh | President

Steve Welsh, President of Kay Construction, has been with the company since its inception in 1995. Bringing over 35 years of experience in commercial, industrial, institutional, retail and residential construction and development, his responsibilities as President are to oversee project management and field operations while maintaining team coordination, safety, quality control, scheduling and owner satisfaction. Mr. Welsh is ultimately responsible for "delighting the customers" on a day-to-day basis.

Mr. Welsh holds a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Delaware. He gives back to the community and the construction industry through his participation in the New Jersey Utilities Association and the Tri-County Construction Code Association, where he presently serves as Sergeant at Arms.
