Lorraine Kay is the Founder and CEO of Kay Construction. As a pioneer for women having entered the construction industry over 35 years ago, she has vast experience in all aspects of construction and development of commercial real estate products.

Lorraine’s philosophy of “delighting the customers” is the basis on which she has been able to grow Kay Construction into one of the Top 25 Commercial Construction firms in the Philadelphia Region.

Kay’s commitment to giving back to the community is demonstrated in Lorraine’s involvement in numerous philanthropic endeavors, as well as serving industry related organizations and educators such as the Rutgers School of Business Advisory Council, Temple Board of Visitors, Drexel Construction Management Advisory Council and more.

Ms. Kay currently presides as President of the Construction Management Association of America, Mid Atlantic Chapter.
